Manager & Harassment Training

Practical training for the moments supervisors actually face.

California harassment prevention and supervisor documentation training in English and Spanish.

In brief

Supervisors need more than definitions. They need to recognize concerns, respond without escalating, document facts and know when to bring in HR.

01

California training requirements

California employers with five or more employees generally must provide harassment prevention training every two years: at least two hours for supervisory employees and one hour for nonsupervisory employees. Timing and trainer requirements matter.

02

Training that feels relevant

CHRA uses practical workplace examples and plain language.

  • Recognizing and reporting concerns
  • Supervisor response and escalation
  • Retaliation prevention
  • Objective documentation
  • Performance and discipline conversations
  • Bilingual English/Spanish delivery
03

Not “check-the-box” training

The goal is to give managers a usable response when an employee raises a concern—not simply to complete a slide deck.
